1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of games, software, content, and related services (“Services”) provided by Wicked Play (“Wicked Play”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, integrating, distributing, or using any Wicked Play products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use Wicked Play Services.

2. Scope of Services

Wicked Play provides:

  • Digital casino and skill-based games;
  • Game mechanics including RNG and Provably Fair systems;
  • Branding and customization tools;
  • Game-related data, assets, and documentation;

Wicked Play does not operate gambling platforms for end users and does not accept bets directly from players unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility & Compliance

The Services are available only to licensed operators, aggregators, or authorized partners.

By using Wicked Play Services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to operate gaming activities in your jurisdiction;
  • You comply with all applicable gaming, AML, and regulatory laws;
  • You do not offer Wicked Play games in restricted jurisdictions;

Wicked Play reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if compliance requirements are not met.

⁠4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

  • Game logic;
  • Source code;
  • Visual assets;
  • Audio assets;
  • Trademarks;
  • Branding elements;

Remain the exclusive property of Wicked Play or its licensors.

No rights are transferred except for a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Any reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Wicked Play grants the operator a limited license to:

  • Integrate and distribute Wicked Play games;
  • Display Wicked Play branding where applicable;
  • Use provided assets solely for approved integrations;

The license may be revoked at any time in case of breach.

6. Customization & Branding

Wicked Play provides CMS-based customization tools allowing operators to:

  • Upload logos;
  • Select themes and fonts;
  • Configure RTP and volatility;
  • Enable or disable RTP display;
  • Select game mechanics (RNG / Provably Fair);

Customization does not alter underlying game mathematics unless explicitly supported.

Wicked Play is not responsible for misconfiguration performed by operators.

7. Game Mechanics & Fairness

Games provided by Wicked Play operate using:

  • Certified Random Number Generators (RNG), and/or;
  • Provably Fair mechanisms;

Wicked Play makes no guarantee of player winnings. All outcomes are generated independently and fairly according to the selected mechanism.

Displayed RTP values represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual results.

8. Volatility & RTP

  • RTP (Return to Player) values are configurable where supported;
  • Volatility settings affect payout distribution, not RTP;
  • RTP may be displayed or hidden based on operator configuration;

Wicked Play bears no responsibility for player interpretation of RTP or volatility values.

9. Operator Responsibilities

Operators are solely responsible for:

  • Player onboarding and KYC;
  • AML and responsible gaming compliance;
  • Payment processing;
  • Player disputes;
  • Local regulatory approvals;

Wicked Play has no direct contractual relationship with end users unless explicitly stated.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use Wicked Play Services for unlawful purposes;
  • Manipulate game results;
  • Interfere with system integrity;
  • Misrepresent Wicked Play branding;
  • Offer games in restricted territories;

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Wicked Play shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages;
  • Wicked Play is not liable for loss of profits, revenue, or data;
  • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to Wicked Play during the preceding 12 months;

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

Wicked Play does not warrant that:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • Games will meet specific commercial expectations;
  • Outcomes will generate profit;

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wicked Play from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your operation of games;
  • Regulatory violations;
  • Player disputes;
  • Breach of these Terms;

14. Termination

Wicked Play may suspend or terminate Services:

  • Immediately in case of breach;
  • Upon regulatory risk;
  • For non-compliance or misuse;

Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms shall cease.

15. Amendments

Wicked Play may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by Wicked Play, without regard to conflict of law principles.
